Move in procedure

What will I need at my contract signing appointment?

• All members of the tenancy
• 2 forms of identification for each tenant – to include at least one with a
  recent photograph
• 2 forms of proof of address for each tenant
• All completed Let Wise ‘Financial Guarantor’ forms (where applicable)
• Any supplementary referencing documentation that has been
  requested
• Completed Direct Debit Mandate
• Rent & Bond Deposit payment in full *


* Please note that if your contract signing appointment is less than 14 days prior to the commencement of your tenancy, you will be required to pay your bond deposit and first months rent payment in cleared funds (i.e. banker’s draft made payable to Let Wise).

Your bank/building society may charge you for issuing a banker’s draft. In the event that you would prefer to transfer the required funds directly in to our client account please speak to a member of staff to obtain the correct bank account details and your personal reference code. When instructing your bank please allow adequate time for transfers. Let Wise require all funds to clear into our account prior to your contract signing appointment. Please note that you may incur charges from your bank if you instruct them to perform a same-day transfer of funds.

Your contract signing appointment will only be completed once all other documentation has been received and checked. Please ensure that you have followed all of the above steps so that your appointment runs as smoothly as possible.

Where the tenancy is in the name of a company, please ensure that the necessary authority has been provided in writing from a company director to confirm that the representative has permission to sign the agreement on behalf of the company.
